When this will happen

Rollout is from early March through the end of March. 

How this will affect your organization

Sharing a forms with its target audience is quite different from sharing one with a collaborator.

Previously these two options were accessed from the same Share button, which was confusing to some.

We have changed the Share button to a Send button, making it clear that this is how the forms owner distributes the form to its intended audience.
