The new OneDrive Sync Help Pane is now shipping on macOS after having been enabled for Windows.

When this will happen
We will begin rolling this out in early July and expect it to be completed in mid-July.How this affects your organization
The OneDrive Sync Help Pane features static links to top troubleshooting and self-help content. It also makes it easy to search support.office.com. When enabled, users can also reach out to assisted support.
To open the OneDrive Help Pane, users select the OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar, select the Help & Settings menu option, and then select Get Help.What you need to do to prepare
Tenant admins can enable or disable the ability for users to contact Microsoft Support.
If you have previously disabled Contact Support and Send Feedback options, OneDrive Help Pane will honor these settings.
Admins can set the user preferences for Mac computers by using the following commands:
- Mac Store App:
defaults write com.microsoft.OneDrive-mac isReportAProblemDisabled 1
- Mac Standalone App:
defaults write com.microsoft.OneDrive isReportAProblemDisabled 1
