Columns help your users group, categorize, and track information in a list or library in SharePoint. With this update, your users will be able to create choice columns with formatting.

When this will happen 
We will begin rolling this out in mid-October 2020 and expect to complete the rollout the end of October 2020.How this will affect your organization

Items within a Choices column, for both lists and libraries, will support single, multi-choice, and manual fill as you add items.

New choice creation with formatting includes color selection via a color palette

Users will see updated formatting immediately and can update and remove choice fields as well as earlier formatting options.What you need to do to prepare
