Admin impact, New feature, User impact
We are rolling out a few key improvements to the Meeting Notes feature. There is no longer a 20 person limit for meeting notes, and you will never lose access to notes if you had access to begin with. By default notes will support meetings with up to 100 participants, and if a participant is nudged in to the meeting or joins as the 101st participant, they can request access to notes in a single click from the creator of the meeting’s notes.

When this will happen
- Standard production: available now.
- GCC, GCC-High and DoD: starting mid-October and complete by the end of October.
How this will affect your organization:
Users in your organization that rely on meeting notes can rest assured that the meeting notes they create will always be accessible regardless of their meeting’s size. What you need to do to prepare:
Nothing needs to be done to prepare for this change. The use of meeting notes is managed by the AllowSharedNotes policy setting. This change will not impact your current settings.
