Microsoft Teams administrators will soon be able to upload a custom logo image for all tenant meetings; however it will be displayed only in meetings where the organizer has an Advanced Communication license.

When this will happen
- The ability to upload the image will begin to appear in the Teams admin center in late October (previously September)
- The logo will appear in meetings by late November (previously September).
How this will affect your organization
Teams admins will be able to upload a custom logo for display in the Teams meeting lobby and pre-join screens. This feature is completely optional for your organization.
What you need to do to prepare
Teams admins will add the logo via a new policy page in the meeting policies section of the Teams admin center.
